Meridian Inc provides unlimited promotional opportunities for each individual who joins our team based 100% on achievement not seniority. By pushing our candidates to step outside of their comfort zones while practicing their newly acquired skills alongside more advanced team members, they achieve fantastic goals in exceptionally short amounts of time, with many advancing into management positions within six to nine months. All management starts at entry-level with lessons in marketing, teaching, training, and developing other team members, and mastering the back-end of business operations. From there, successful team members move into either a Junior Partnership position to oversee and manage a campaign or into a Marketing Director position where they launch a new territory and run their own office.

This depends on you! What’s so amazing about our company is that, once you begin in the entry level marketing and sales position, you have control over your own advancement. It can take anywhere from 4-9 months to earn a position as a market manager/managing partner. This means that you are able to achieve promotions and increased income in a fraction of the time it would take you at companies where growth is limited by corporate budgets and the bureaucracy of seniority.
Absolutely not. We compensate our employees with a weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions and additional bonus incentives.
Yes. Our management team has a full training program setup for Account Managers. Information covered in training includes: service and product knowledge, sales and marketing techniques, public speaking, leadership and management.
